Deposit at move-in
Single Room 30,000 yen
* 10,000 yen will be charged as maintenance fee when you move out. After checking the room, if there is no problem, we will refund 20,000 yen.
Dormitory 10,000 yen
* 5,000 yen will be charged as maintenance fee when you move out. If there is no problem after checking the room, we will refund 5,000 yen.
Room Facilities
Rooms have basically only a bed, table, and air conditioning. Please ask us if you need a futon and pillow.
Facilities in shared space
Kitchen, toilet and shower rooms are shared.
Simple dishes, refrigerator and microwave are available.
Washing machine (free of charge), bicycle storage (limited number)
Cleaning
We ask that all residents keep the rooms and common areas clean and dispose of garbage. We ask for everyone's cooperation in order to offer the rooms at a reasonable price.
