About moving in

I would like to move in, can I do so immediately? If we have a vacancy and you meet the requirements, you can move in immediately. Please contact us and we will provide you with more details. Can I be put on a waiting list to move in? Yes, we will let you know when there is an opening. When is rent paid? By the 25th of each month, rent for the following month must be transferred in advance (fees are the resident's responsibility).

Facilities

Is there a kitchen available? Yes, we have a communal kitchen. Microwaves, refrigerators, and simple dishes are available for shared use. Are showers and toilets shared? Yes. You will share the showers and toilets with other residents. What facilities are available in the rooms? Basically only a bed and air conditioning. Some rooms have desks and chairs. We also have bedding available for rent.

I would like to paint the walls. Depending on the content, we welcome DIY projects that will improve the room, so please contact us. Can I have a friend stay over? Basically, visitors are not allowed to stay until 9:00 pm. Please let us know in advance if you have family or friends staying over for any reason. The share house is located in a quiet residential area, allowing you to enjoy a relaxing time in the city. I would like to participate in the activities of Nakano Secret Base (old private house space) and rent it for gallery and other activities. You are very welcome, we would be happy to work with you to help with DIY, organizing events, and daily tasks. You can also use the space as your own workshop or gallery at the share house resident price. We can also help those who are planning for the first time. Let's have fun working together!
